What are Site Fees?

The Site Fees cover the basic administration of your web site. These fees can be reliably predicted on an annual basis and will be reviewed annually.

They are usually charged annually however, other payment packages may be negotiated with you during our early consultations.

There are a number of services included in this charge which can include (but not limited to):

• Hosting costs
• E-Mail costs
• Domain name costs (this is the www. address you have)
• General maintenance

The general maintenance cost includes minor changes and enhancements made by myself to keep the site current and to ensure it is available and working. You may not notice some of the changes as they may be "behind the scenes" to improve performance or they may be noticeable changes to rectify problems.

The Site Fee will vary depending on the size of your site, simply due to the amount of work required to maintain the site during its lifetime.

The annual renewal charge is non-refundable, once paid for the year, even if you decide you no longer wish to keep the site live as most administration charges are charged annually to myself (e.g. domain name, etc.)

As with all costs you will be clearly advised about Site Fees. The fees for the first year will be detailed in your quotation package. Fees will be reviewed annually and if there are any changes these will be clearly detailed to you.
