Regular Changes Requirements

Some clients may require regular updates that can be planned in advance. For example, you may be selling items and you know there is going to be a constant turnover and some windows will need updating on a very regular basis, e.g. weekly, monthly, etc. In this case charges will be discussed with you and a monthly/semi-annual or annual budgeting plan can be put together. This will have the effect of averaging out the costs of any changes.

If you opt for a monthly charge, the number of changes actually being made will be reviewed on a monthly basis - after all you will hopefully increase your sales by having your identity published on the World Wide Web - so you will be needing lots more updates as your business rapidly expands!

Of course, not all clients can average things out this way so changes like this can also be done on an ad-hoc basis and a charge will just be made each time the change is carried out.

All your options will be discussed with you at a high level in the initial consultation and in a more detailed level when enough information has been defined to provide a firm quote.

And don't forget - all payment packages are flexible. If at any time a different way of making changes would benefit you more we will simply discuss your options again to find the most efficient and cost effective way of doing things.

I can also guarantee that work will not be carried out unless you have previously agreed to the cost. You will never be suddenly presented with an unexpected bill.
