Once you have accepted your Quotation, you have 7 days from the date on the Quotation to cancel your web site order. Within this time I will refund any money you have paid to me.

After the 7 day period, you may still cancel your web site order, however, the following will be the refund policy:

Site Fees will be non-refundable.

Cancellation within 10 days: 75% refunded (excluding Site Fees)

Cancellation within 20 days: 50% refunded (excluding Site Fees)

Cancellation after 20 days: Non-refundable
