Your Personalised Quotation

Once you have had your initial consultation, you will hopefully decide that you wish to proceed.

Based on the information gathered in our initial consultation I will put together a quotation for you. I may need to discuss things further with you dependant on how definite the requirements for your site were.

The quotation will be in the form of an agreement which will define a number of things:

• What will be developed - i.e. how many and what type of pages
• High level map of how the windows will link together
• Costs for the site -
  Development costs and when they will be payable
  Maintenance costs and when they will be payable
  Any other costs associated with amendments
• Payment terms
• Time scales - e.g. start date, dates for implementation, dates for other phases as required.
• Responsibilities - what I will do for you and what you must do as part of the project.

Once you have received your quotation you will then be required to return a formal request for me to start the work.
