Records are kept by myself for the purposes of billing and quoting. You details will not be disclosed to any outside agency unless I am required to do so by law.

I do not send any of my details to any mailing firms or any other form or mailing list.

I may, from time to time, contact you with offers or updates from Gizmo Web Design, but this will never be more often than monthly. I do not, however, run any form of continual marketing campaign.

All discussions held with you or your representative/s whether formal or informal will always remain confidential at all times.

If you want to know what information I hold on you or your company you may request details at any time. I would ask, however, that your request is in written format so that I can ensure it is you making the request.
