Your web site can and should continually evolve.

You need to keep your web site changing so that regular visitors will have something new to look at.

When you need updates to your web site there is a separate price matrix.

Minor Updates (to existing pages)

If you need a minor update it is most cost effective to you to have these charged on a "per change" basis.

For example, you may need a small change to some wording due to a change of telephone number or a change of address. This cost would be minor and would cost only a few pounds.

You may want a slightly more detailed change - such as putting a message to your customers wishing them a Happy New Year and this might cost a little more dependant on the work required, but would still be classed as a minor update.

The costs for minor updates will be considerably lower that the cost for a whole page however and costs will always be quoted to you prior to work being done.

Complex Updates (to existing pages)

If you need a more complex update, but not as much as a whole page it is still more cost effective to charge these on a "per change" basis but they will cost a little more than a minor change.

For example, you may need a new small sub-window to display a new product and it's details, which may include some text and a small image.

The costs for a complex update will usually be less than the cost for an Extra Page. If it becomes more cost effective, you will be charged at the Extra Page rate.

If you need a completely new, full page, designing and adding then this will fall under the category of Extra Pages.
